#WeRISE

Mission & Purpose

Mission Statement: TPUSA RISE exists to strengthen families and reclaim culture within minority America. We empower Black, Hispanic, and Asian communities to rise above division and cultural decay — equipping them with the resources, relationships, and real-world opportunities to live out spiritual clarity, moral courage, and unapologetic truth.

Purpose: TPUSA RISE City Chapters are the local heartbeat of our mission to strengthen families and reclaim culture within minority America.

Each chapter brings our message to life through real community action—hosting outreach events, fostering relationships, and creating spaces where people can rise above division and live out moral courage and truth.

By reaching communities, influencing culture, strengthening families, and equipping individuals with real-world tools, RISE City Chapters turn our national vision into everyday impact across America.

Director’s Note

From the desk of the Senior Director of TPUSA RISE

To every RISE leader reading this — thank you.

You’re not just part of a movement. You’re part of a mission that’s reshaping culture and restoring the family unit, one community at a time. This isn’t just a guide — it’s a roadmap to impact.

Like many of you, I started in this movement as a field leader. I launched the very first chapter of this movement in the state of North Carolina, and to this day, I still believe that the most important work is the work done on the ground. The local work — the conversations, the outreach, the relationships — is where real change begins.

RISE is built on people who show up when it’s inconvenient, speak truth when it’s unpopular, and lead when others stay silent. You are those people.

As you lead your city, remember that everything you do — every event, every conversation, every connection — matters. You’re the reason families are being strengthened, culture is being reclaimed, and communities are being empowered across America.

Let’s make 2026 a year that sets the tone for a generation. Let’s serve boldly, lead faithfully, and never lose sight of why we do what we do.

Together, #WeRISE.
