Director’s Note

From the desk of the Senior Director of TPUSA RISE

To every RISE leader reading this — thank you.

You’re not just part of a movement. You’re part of a mission that’s reshaping culture and restoring the family unit, one community at a time. This isn’t just a guide — it’s a roadmap to impact.

Like many of you, I started in this movement as a field leader. I launched the very first chapter of this movement in the state of North Carolina, and to this day, I still believe that the most important work is the work done on the ground. The local work — the conversations, the outreach, the relationships — is where real change begins.

RISE is built on people who show up when it’s inconvenient, speak truth when it’s unpopular, and lead when others stay silent. You are those people.

As you lead your city, remember that everything you do — every event, every conversation, every connection — matters. You’re the reason families are being strengthened, culture is being reclaimed, and communities are being empowered across America.

Let’s make 2026 a year that sets the tone for a generation. Let’s serve boldly, lead faithfully, and never lose sight of why we do what we do.

Together, #WeRISE.
