Purpose
To ensure all newly created social media accounts are properly registered, branded, and compliant with RISE brand standards.
Policy Overview
• All new social media accounts must be logged in the official RISE Social Media registry.
• Chapters are NOT permitted to use the main RISE logo as their profile photo.
• Chapters must use an approved, chapter-specific logo.
• Logo creation takes 10–14 business days.
Procedure
1. Create official handles on applicable platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X - only).
2. Ensure username follows approved naming convention and bio reflects chapter affiliation.
3. Immediately submit the new account via the Social Media Registry Form
4. If a chapter-specific logo is needed, indicate this in the form.
5. Do NOT use the main RISE logo or create unofficial logo variations.
6. Leave the profile photo blank or use an approved placeholder until official logo is received.
7. Upload logo only after it is officially provided (10–14 business days).
