Event Flyers and other Promotional Graphics Process
Process:
TPUSA Graphic Designers will create flyers and other graphic assets utilizing pre-determined templates within 4-6 weeks of submitting a request. Please follow the process below for all event flyers:
- Visit the RISE Resources page
- Scroll down and select “Custom Event Graphics”
- Provide all of the information requested and select “Submit”
- If you require printed materials, please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
- Once you receive your proofs via email, you must USE THE PROVIDED FORM to either approve or request edits within 48 hrs.
- You are allowed to request changes/edits only once! Please review your deliverables carefully!
- If your deliverables are perfect, you still must use the form to select "Approved As-Is." This lets our graphics and admin departments know they can move on to the next project and close out your request. Let's be considerate!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Anything submitted within 2 weeks of your event date will be an SMG (social media graphic) or printable pdf file only (you'll have to submit a reimbursement request for associated printing costs. *Please seek permission prior to utilizing this option by emailing raquel.arias@tpusa.com).
Collateral: We can choose from over 15 event flyer templates and not only will we get a digital flyer, but also the option to receive printed flyers, posters, and Facebook cover photo versions to help promote events!
