Event Flyers and other Promotional Graphics Process

Process: 

TPUSA Graphic Designers will create flyers and other graphic assets utilizing pre-determined templates within 4-6 weeks of submitting a request. Please follow the process below for all event flyers:

  1. Visit the RISE Resources page
  2. Scroll down and select “Custom Event Graphics”
  3. Provide all of the information requested and select “Submit”
  4. If you require printed materials, please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
  5.  Once you receive your proofs via email, you must USE THE PROVIDED FORM to either approve or request edits within 48 hrs.
  6.  You are allowed to request changes/edits only once! Please review your deliverables carefully!
  7.  If your deliverables are perfect, you still must use the form to select "Approved As-Is." This lets our graphics and admin departments know they can move on to the next project and close out your request. Let's be considerate!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Anything submitted within 2 weeks of your event date will be an SMG (social media graphic) or printable pdf file only (you'll have to submit a reimbursement request for associated printing costs. *Please seek permission prior to utilizing this option by emailing raquel.arias@tpusa.com).


Collateral: We can choose from over 15 event flyer templates and not only will we get a digital flyer, but also the option to receive printed flyers, posters, and Facebook cover photo versions to help promote events!
