Mission & Purpose

Mission Statement: TPUSA RISE exists to strengthen families and reclaim culture within minority America. We empower Black, Hispanic, and Asian communities to rise above division and cultural decay — equipping them with the resources, relationships, and real-world opportunities to live out spiritual clarity, moral courage, and unapologetic truth.

Purpose: TPUSA RISE exists to strengthen families and reclaim culture within minority America. Our college chapters—known as RISE NextGen Chapters—bring that mission to campuses nationwide.

NextGen Chapters create spaces for students to think freely, live boldly, and lead confidently. These campus groups help students build community, develop leadership skills, and bring truth-centered discussions to life right where culture begins—on the quad, in classrooms, and across student life. Our mission on campus is simple: equip, connect, and inspire students to lead a new generation that values faith, family, and freedom.

Director’s Note

From the desk of the Senior Director of TPUSA RISE

To every student leader reading this — thank you.

You’re choosing courage in a time when it’s easier to stay quiet. You’re standing for truth on campuses that often reward conformity over conviction. That makes you special — and it makes you part of something bigger.

Like many of you, I started in this movement as a field leader. But before that, I was a student — right where you are now. I attended an HBCU, the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where I served as Class President and learned what leadership truly meant. That experience taught me how powerful it is when students stand boldly for what they believe in.

RISE was built for people like you — those who don’t just follow trends but set them. Those who believe that faith, family, and freedom still matter.

As you lead your campus, remember that your voice matters. Every event, every conversation, and every person you reach has the power to shift culture. You are the front line of this mission.

Let’s make 2026 the year we take back the culture — one campus at a time.

Together, #WeRISE.
