NextGen - Training and Onboarding

All new NextGen leaders must complete official onboarding training within two weeks of accepting their role.

Training Process

  • Welcome Email – Includes a training video and short quiz.

  • Optional In-Depth Training – Select “Yes” for additional training and email Wilbur@TPUSARISE.com to schedule a session.

  • Leadership Connection – Regional Leads will welcome and integrate new campus leaders.

  • Each new leader must have at least one meeting with their Regional Lead within one week of joining.

  • New leaders should be invited to the next team meeting or chapter event immediately after onboarding.

Ongoing Development

Two monthly refresher trainings will be available for all campus leaders. Topics may include:

  • Event planning and execution.

  • Communicating the RISE mission.

  • Building and growing your chapter team.

  • Leadership and time management on campus.

Attendance is optional but highly encouraged to stay informed and connected.
