All City Chapter leaders are required to use Telegram for official communication.

  • City Executive Teams must check Telegram daily and communicate multiple times a day during event planning.

  • Required forms: GRF, PRF, and Event Recap Form.

Reporting Structure:

City Executive Team → City Chair → Regional Lead → Strategic Manager – City Chapters →

Senior Strategic Manager → Senior Director of TPUSA RISE

Each level provides direction, communication, and accountability to ensure every city operates with excellence and unity under the TPUSA RISE mission.
