Grant Request Example

“TPUSA RISE FL is hosting a RISE Cleanup or Beautification Project in an effort to connect with the local community and share RISE resources. We are requesting funds for cleanup materials (rakes, gloves, trash bags, etc.), food for volunteers, and travel-related expenses. We also need funds to purchase a fold-up table to use for community tabling during the event and to serve food afterward.”

After the event, chapters must submit a recap form that includes:

  • 10 photos (including 1 group shot)

  • 1 short video of event activity or participants

  • Receipts and Event Metrics

Failure to submit documentation can result in chapter probation.
