Communication
Clear, consistent communication keeps chapters strong and connected.
All RISE NextGen leaders are required to use Telegram for official communication. Campus Executive Teams must check in daily on Telegram, and more frequently during event planning or execution.
Campus Presidents must check their email once daily for updates or directives. There are no monthly forms required; only the GRF, PRF, and Event Recap Form must be submitted when applicable.
Reporting Structure
Campus Executive Team → Campus President → Regional Lead → Strategic Manager – NextGen Chapters → Senior Strategic Manager → Senior Director of TPUSA RISE.
Failure to communicate regularly, submit required forms, or follow the chain of command may result in leadership review or probation.
